Thank you for shopping with Themwear. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully, as it outlines important information about our shipping practices, estimated timelines, and your responsibilities as a customer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Shipping Information

• Carriers and Locations: Themwear uses a variety of carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and international carriers, depending on your location and order requirements. Please note that not all items ship from the United States. Items may ship from other locations, and it should not be assumed that all items originate from the U.S.

• Processing and Fulfillment: We strive to ship orders within 48 hours; however, due to varying production times and order volumes, 99% of orders are shipped within 14 days. Many of our items are made to order, which may result in variable manufacturing and fulfillment times. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. While we make every effort to fulfill all orders promptly, we reserve the right to take the necessary time required to fulfill orders based on current demand and production schedules. We will notify you in the event of any unexpected delays or backorders.

• Manufacturing Variations: We work with multiple providers, and some items are manufactured at different facilities based on product type and order location. Variations may occur in product details, packaging, and handling times for items manufactured internationally. Some items are exclusively manufactured in the United States, and some items are available only within the United States and Canada.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Domestic Orders (U.S. & Canada): For items shipping from within the United States or Canada, estimated shipping times may vary based on the carrier and destination. Typical shipping times range from 5 to 14 business days, excluding processing time.

• International Orders: For items shipping to locations outside of the United States and Canada, delivery times vary widely depending on the item, customs processing, and carrier availability. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for international delivery, although delays may occur due to customs or other shipping restrictions.

Note: These timelines are estimates only. Themwear cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Made-to-Order and Customized Items

Many of our items are made to order. Manufacturing and processing times vary based on the complexity and demand for these items. While we aim to fulfill made-to-order items as quickly as possible, we reserve the right to extend production timelines if needed to ensure quality and accuracy.

Order Tracking and Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress. Please note:

• Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method.

• Responsibility for Delivery: Once an item has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Themwear is not liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend providing a secure delivery location or contacting the carrier directly for assistance if a package is marked as delivered but not received.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility, and Themwear is not liable for any additional charges incurred during the customs process.

Shipping Fees and Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items. Please note that:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a return is authorized due to an error on our part.

• Any applicable handling or processing fees will also be disclosed at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Themwear reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of inventory shortages, issues with order processing, or compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. If an item is canceled, we will notify you promptly and process any applicable refunds.

Limitation of Liability

Themwear is not liable for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Themwear is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages related to delayed delivery.
